Fast Track Training...
Personal Effectiveness
at Work

People can have the best, maybe even the right ideas for change. Still, it’s the ability to influence others, often of differing persuasions and levels of authority that makes things happen.

In turn, most leaders need the help of others whose thinking and actions are in synch with their own to execute strategies that work.

Here’s a way to succeed on both counts, developing people with the critical thinking and skills to turn advocacy into action and action into value-added results. In short, to become players in, not victims of, change.

Here’s how it works ...

  • Each participant comes with a change they’ve either been asked to lead or help implement.

  • They are then introduced to the principles of change management and with hands on practice learn how to gain sponsorship and build the support their role in the change requires.

  • Plus they get help with resistance, learning to focus less on the differences that divide and polarize and more on developing the mutual self-interests that fuel and sustain change.

  • And since change rarely goes as planned, participants get a diagnostic tool© to pinpoint the source of problems – often systemic – when things get stuck and formulate remedies to put things right side up again.

  • Every piece of knowledge, every skill and technique taught is transferable – learn it, use it, teach it to others. Success for me is more self-sufficiency in the people you rely upon ... with no more or less training than is necessary.

Here’s what you can expect ...

People working smarter with change because they’re smarter with themselves ... aware of the difference they’ve been asked to make, the challenges they face, and the self-improvements required.

After all, if putting more responsibility in the hands of more people is the key to leadership at any level, investing in their success may be the key to yours as well.
