My Experience . . .

I've been told I have a gift for seeing the potential for change in the most difficult circumstances, and the skills to stimulate personal acts of leadership that make the breakthroughs.

If so, it comes from thirty five years of experience in the trenches and at the executive levels in organizations of all sizes, shapes, products and services.

My roots: grassroots community development; learning hands on the ins and outs of political strategy, leadership development, and how to organize a constituency for change.

My education: a Masters in behavioral sciences that led to giving business a try, discovering my talents are as relevant to corporate executives as they were to civic leaders.

Continuing study of natural systems theory led to my signature model that puts attributes of personal maturity front and center as a strategy for influencing change.

Clients use this model to promote more 'skin in the game' from others with less of a burden on themselves of 'having to do it all, all of the time.'

Now I work exclusively with people who are more interested in learning to manage themselves differently as a starting point for change then they are in looking for easy answers and quick fixes.

They end up lasting longer, enjoying the work more, and making the difference they came to make.
